The self catering cabin accommodation consists of an open plan lounge, with dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms and shower room.

The lounge area has T.V., DVD player & Hi Fi (via DVD), radio, two nr two seater sofas, dining table and chairs and loft bunk.

The kitchen area is equipped with hob / oven, fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle. A full range of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided.

From the lounge, patio doors give access onto a raised veranda which overlooks the loch from an elevated position and has a picnic table / chairs.

The shower room has an electric shower, wash basin, toilet and heater.

Bedroom 1 contains a double bed, built in clothes hanging / storage space and bedside cabinet.

Bedroom 2 contains 3 bunks, suitable for adults or children and a built in hanging space.

The cabin, which sleeps 4 to 5 comfortably, is double glazed, electrically heated and is suitable for use all year round.

The cabin stands in its own substantial grounds, extending to the shore of Loch Awe. There is a pebble beach, with shallow water at margins of loch.

There is parking for 2 cars.

All electricity and linen (not towels) are included within quoted prices.
